Dave Lucas has been studying martial arts for over 15 years and his experience ranges from Okinawan Shorin Ryu (black belt), Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (brown belt), submission grappling, JKD and kali.

Stephen Haydock has been studying martial arts for 12 years and as well as this is a qualified school teacher and Headmaster. Areas or expertise include Brazilian Jui Jitsu (black belt), Karate (brown belt), Kick Boxing and Submission grappling (Combat Submission Wrestling instructor).

Steve received his black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu from Roberto Atalla in September 2007.
Dave received his brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu from Franco Vacari / Reyson Gracie in September 2007.
