  • To develop discipline, respect and courtesy through martial arts instruction.
  • To build and improve the child's self-confidence and character.
  • To establish and develop physical coordination; to increase and improve physical strength and flexibility.
  • To provide the child with a sense of achievement and accomplishment through the awarding of higher grades in his or her class.
  • To develop the concepts and principles of self-protection.
  • To develop the child's mental attentiveness, stamina and focus.

The Little Dragons programme is based upon the AFS MMA programme and ensures that the kid's get exposure to a wide range of martial aspects. Safety is of key importance in this class and instructors are qualified first aiders.
